Everyone celebrates Christmas or the holidays in general differently - as we all know. Our family as I was growing up, celebrated big. BIG. We had Santa piles, gifts, gifts and more gifts. It was great. We were spoiled. Heck, we still are spoiled!
I have never spent Christmas away from my family. Every year - I go to my sisters. She has 4 kiddos. Christmas with kids, makes Christmas - in my opinion. I never did a full year abroad because of the fear of missing the holidays with my family. But, as I am getting older, I am considering it more and more.
Maybe next year....travel will happen over the holidays. Happy Holidays everyone!
